Sullivan Tire & Auto Service

Driving from Montreal to the Magdalen Islands when a knocking noise started under braking. Sullivan Tire took me in same day as a walk-in and found both rear calipers had stopped working entirely. A shop back home had done a brake job ten days earlier, which seems to have caused the problem. Sullivan explained the cause clearly and wrote it on the invoice, which gives me exactly what I need to go back to them. Fair price, no upsell, good advice, great customer service! Caught something that would have been a lot worse 900 km further north. Thanks! Highly recommend!

I drove up from Massachusetts and had car troubles on the way-I read reviews and decided to bring my truck in for service-Andrew Gallagher, the manager , couldn't have been any more kind and considerate. I'm so grateful for the attention they gave to servicing my truck-I'd highly recommend their services to All

Always feels like an honest and no bs experience coming here for inspections and work. I think the manager and asst. manager working every Saturday I come in are always very professional and to the point. Prices seem pretty fair for the work they do as well.

Sullivan Tire and Auto on Saint John Street is a solid shop, but honestly Ian is a big reason I keep coming back. Every time he works on my car, he comes and finds me beforehand, and after the job is done, he walks me through exactly what he found and why. His recommendations are always practical and trustworthy. He's not trying to up sell you on anything he just tells you what your car actually needs. And when I have questions, he gives me real answers. You can tell he genuinely knows what he is talking about. On top of that, he's punctual, attentive, and brings real energy to his work. He is kind of person who makes you feel like your car is in good hands the moment he starts talking to you, he is a great guy

I usually go to Sullivan Tire for my state inspection, tire switchover, and oil changes, and every experience has been great. Being new to the region, I was looking for a place I could rely on, and Sullivan Tire has been exactly that. A colleague recommended them to me, and now I fully understand why. There's no pressure or upselling, just honest advice and clear explanations. If something's urgent, they'll tell you straight, no confusion or mixed messages. Everyone has been friendly and professional, and I especially want to thank Andrew at the Portland branch for always being so helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely a team I can count on to take good care of my car.
